For every work, the tactile quality of the surface plays a vital role. For each series, I deliberately select the material that best underscores the impact of the motifs—whether direct print on Alu-Dibond, refinement behind acrylic glass, or a realization on wood.

Production takes place exclusively in leading fine art print laboratories. Each work is personally inspected by me before shipping to ensure the highest standards of printing and craftsmanship.

The works of a series are each produced in a carefully chosen material that best enhances the motifs. Within a series, there are therefore no material variations. In some cases, the works are offered in multiple sizes, which you can select when placing your order.

The works are designed for longevity and color stability. To preserve their brilliance over time, simply dust the surface occasionally with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid cleaning agents or pressure. Direct sunlight and high humidity should also be avoided to ensure the artwork retains its original quality for many years.

Each motif is hand-numbered on the back.

In addition, you will receive a certificate of authenticity — the Wesen Certificate — with the corresponding numbering. This certificate is included with the artwork or sent separately, ensuring that the authenticity and limited edition of your work can always be verified.

Each Fine Art Print includes an individual QR code — the so-called VR Code. This code takes you directly into the digital experience world of the respective being.

There, you can listen to the sound collages, experience the spoken-word texts, and see the beings in motion. In this way, every artwork is expanded by a new media dimension and becomes an interactive experience.

Once your order has been placed, the printing of your artwork is individually commissioned. Each product is produced to the highest quality standards. After a thorough quality check, the finished piece is carefully wrapped in a protective sleeve, placed in secure fine art packaging, and shipped together with the invoice to your delivery address.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of the product.

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

As each artwork is produced individually and specifically to order, refunds are unfortunately not possible. However, if there is a problem with quality or a transport-related damage, please contact me immediately at dh@visual-generative.art. We will find a solution together.
